New Cell Phone Expectations:
Should we do a follow-up survey to ‘capture’ Stephanie’s thoughts on expectations?
Survey should define if new expectations are creating a classroom and school environment that is better, the same or worse
CCC’s need for more effective student talk is similar to high schools (positive effect of no cell phones?
Tech is not keeping up with demand of no cell phone use (bandwidth and Chromebooks and chargers)
Teacher of color retention:
Could we empathy interviews current educators of color at OCHS?
Does the district do exit interviews of staff of color who have left?
Are we recruiting teacher AND classified staff of color?
Why are the teacher ethnicity #’s of state report cards not accurate?
How does district get these #’s
How can we get more granular information about staff of color retention and employment (disaggregation of 93% retention)?
Student Perception Survey
Can we get actual #’s of the perception survey?

Who ‘vets’ the survey?
Microaggressions:
Concern about microaggressions occurring at OCHS
Does staff need a PD pertaining to the handling of microaggressions
What is the bias incident response protocol?
Could we discuss the bias incident response protocol?
How did the equitable grading change come to fruition?
