Yearbook is a full-year class, where students produce the OCHS yearbook—The Hesperian. Returning staffers begin planning in August, and new staffers begin covering events and completing layouts the first week of school. Students have the opportunity to learn and utilize organization skills, photography, writing and copy editing, publishing, layouts, and business skills. Yearbook staffers are expected to commit time outside of the school day, both covering activities and completing pages for deadlines.

This course may be repeated for credit. This is a full-year course.
