New Student Enrollment
Two Step Process.
1. Register in ParentVue
If returning to OCSD, parent/guardian will login to ParentVue and complete the 25/26 K-12 Registration & Annual Verification.
If new to the OCSD, parent/guardian will create a new ParentVue account (yellow icon in the bottom left of the login screen) and complete the 25/26 K-12 Registration & Annual Verification.
Please forecast for the incoming grade and return your forecasting sheet to susan.rue@orecity.k12.or.us or drop off at the OCHS Counseling Office open daily through June 26th, 8 am – 3:30 pm. Forecasting forms and slide presentation (instructions) are available at the forecasting link below. The 2025-26 Curriculum Handbook can also be found on the forecasting page below the grade level forecasting (in the bright red rectangle). Please return forecasting sheets as soon as possible.
2. Forecast for Classes.
FORECASTING SUPPORT SESSIONS:
Tuesday, August 19th, 8 am - 3:30 pm.
OCHS Counseling Office - check in at the front desk
This forecasting session is for NEW students to choose their classes for the 2025-2026 school year. No appointment necessary. This is a drop-in time for students who need additional support with forecasting.
