Summer School Dates: June 16th - July 10th, 2025

No Cost

  • Week 1: June 16 - 20 (Monday - Friday, no school June 19)

  • Week 2: June 23 - 26 (Monday - Thursday)

  • Week 3: June 30 - July 2 (Monday - Wednesday)

  • Week 4: July 7 - 10 (Monday - Thursday)

Open to students Grade 10-12
School Year 2024-2025

For students who have earned an F, NP, or NC in one or more classes and want the opportunity to recover that credit via online coursework.

Credit Recovery

AM Session:Credit Recovery Lab 8:30-11:30 (F126)

PM Session:Credit Recovery Lab 12:00 - 3:00 (F126)

Lab class will take place in F126, but students will enter through the black gated courtyard above the weight room at the back of OCHS. Students will then enter F-Hall and proceed to F126. We are entering through this entrance as other events are using the main entrance and trophy hall entrance to OCHS during this period.

Students will need a computer to work on credit recovery. There will be some computers available, but please bring your own district device if possible.

Students will earn credit by completing credit recovery courses based on the individual student records from past school years. Students will be able to earn as many credits as they are able to complete within the allotted time.  This will be reviewed with students during the 1st week.

Transportation / Food Not Provided

Unfortunately OCSD is unable to provide transportation or meals for students engaging in summer school. Any students who are attending both sessions may bring a sack lunch, but food will not be provided.

Behavioral Expectations

As summer school is a small group setting, there is a zero tolerance policy for disruptive behavior. Behavioral issues that disrupt the learning process will result in a student being asked to not attend the remainder of summer school.  ANY drug, alcohol or tobacco related behavior will result in immediate removal from the program.  Any credits not completed will not be able to be made up.
