FALL SPORTS
REGISTRATION

FALL SPORTS REGISTRATION Opens on July 1st on Arbiter Sports.  You will set up an account for your athlete to use all four years of high school.  Please add the sport you are planning on playing this fall to your account.

You will also need a current physical and the $30 Athletic Administrative Fee paid before being cleared. This fee can be paid on the OCHS Website by clicking on “Online Payments” or in the OCHS Accounting Office starting August 11th. The physical form can be uploaded to your Arbiter Sports account, brought to the athletic office, or emailed to joan.ferguson@orecity.k12.or.us. 

Fall sports officially start August 18, 2025.

T3 Report Cards and Transcripts:

Trimester 3 report cards will be available on StudentVUE/ParentVUE only for trimester 3.   Report cards will also be mailed out.  Trimester 3 transcripts will also be available on Student/ParentVue.  If you have any questions about your final grades, please contact your teachers directly.

Diplomas for the Graduating Class of 2025

If you have not yet picked up your diploma, please visit our registrar, Krista Tester, in the Counseling Office to pick it up by Wednesday, June 18th. Otherwise, you will be able to pick it up in August upon return from summer break.

ParentVue & StudentVue

Graduated seniors will not have any access to StudentVUE after June 30th, 2025.

For all returning students, ParentVUE and StudentVUE will not be accessible during most of July as records are updated and all incoming 9th graders are added.  

Forecasting / Student Schedules

All student course requests for the '25-'26 school year have been submitted. Schedules will be viewable on StudentVue and ParentVue approximately one week before school starts.

Final Report Cards

Final report cards and transcripts are available the week of June 23rd on ParentVue and StudentVue.

When you open either of those programs a list of choices appears on the left-hand side of the screen.  Click on the report card or documents (for an unofficial transcript).

If you want a paper copy of your report card or you need an official transcript, you can come to the OCHS main office hours:

 Attendance is now closed.

The Registrar Office will open again Monday, August 11, 2025.
