OCHS is partnering with Make-A-Wish

We are excited to be partnering with Make-A-Wish Oregon to grant wishes for children battling critical illness.

Our local Make-A-Wish chapter, based in Portland, grants wishes to children, ages 2 1/2 to 18, living in Oregon and Clark County,  Washington. A wish come true empowers children to fight harder against their medical condition. When a child is granted a wish, they get more than just a great experience for a day or a week. That experience improves the quality of life for them and their entire family. 

When a wish is granted, a child replaces fear with confidence, sadness with joy and anxiety with hope. For many of these children, it marks a turning point in their fight against their illness.

Please help by contributing any amount you can. Every dollar you donate can help these children renew their courage and find a turning point in their lives.
