TEACHER GOALS AND PLTs

Quite a bit of grumbling about the double-duty of these things not being thoughtfully tied together (over the span of years, historically,  i.e. Equitable Grading).

Agendas could be intertwined here and support one another, instead of being 2 separate things, could also be used in furtherance of the Mission, Vision, and Value Statements (see attached)

Site Council’s recommendation on this? Thoughts? (for next year perhaps, CC superintendent?)
