  • Happy May 1st Pio’s. Can you guess what’s coming up? Powder Puff. We will host fun competitive rounds of flag football at pioneer memorial stadium on Friday, May 30th @ 6:00pm. If you play football or club football, you are NOT eligible to play. The prize for winning is FREE frozen treats. Sign up, bring friends, and be ready to compete. If you're interested in playing in this epic showdown, sign-ups are posted outside of the accounting office. Space is limited.

  • Today is May 1st which is the 1st day of Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. During this month we will recognize the contributions and influence of Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islander Americans to the history, culture, and achievements of the United States. The month of May was chosen to commemorate the immigration of the first Japanese to the United States on May 7, 1843, and to mark the anniversary of the completion of the transcontinental railroad on May 10, 1869. The majority of the workers who laid the tracks were Chinese immigrants.
