NEW STUDENT?

For new incoming students entering 10th-12th grades - we must have a transcript turned in with your enrollment paperwork or bring it with you to forecasting. You will not be able to forecast without a transcript.

FORECASTING SUPPORT SESSIONS:

Tuesday, August 19th,  8 am - 3:30 pm.

This forecasting session is for NEW students to choose their classes for the 2025-2026 school year. No appointment necessary. This is a drop-in time for students who need additional support with forecasting.

Important Details for Start of School

Schedules: 2025/26 T1 Schedules:

Available the week of August 25 - 29, 2025.

School Photos: Pictures will be taken on Tuesday, September 12, 2025 during the school day. Picture packets will be handed out to students in one of their classes before picture day.

Make up picture day will be ??

School Supply List:  Students need - binder, paper, pens, pencils - other needed items are suggested from individual teachers in class.

Yearbooks: $65.

Purchase early for best price and to be guaranteed a copy.

The price goes up to $75.00 12/13/25

Lockers: If a student would like a locker for the 2025-26 school year please request one in the online PARENTVUE registration process.

Lockers will be assigned to students and the locker information can be found on StudentVue.

Lunch Schedule: What lunch do I take, 1st or 2nd lunch?

  • Monday: Determined. by 5th period teacher.

  • Tuesday: Determined by 3rd period teacher.

  • Wednesday: Determined by 7th period teacher.

  • Thursday: Determined by 3rd period teacher.

  • Friday: Determined by 7th period teacher.

Textbooks: Distribution of textbooks for the 2025-26 school year will occur during the first few weeks of school.

OFF-CAMPUS LUNCH PRIVILEGE

This is for Juniors and Seniors only. If your student would like to leave campus during their lunch, an Off-Campus Lunch Privilege Permission form must be filled out, signed by student and their parent/guardian.

Forms will be turned into Student Services to receive the off campus sticker.

STUDENT FEES

Please see the 2025-26 OCHS Student Feesheet and visit the In Touch website to pay for student fees. Fees can be paid in August 1st. Pick up parking placard on Aug 25. Can pay and pick up parking placard on August 25th. .

ASB FEES

Student Body cards serve the purpose of identifying students as members of the OCHS student body.  The ASB sticker fees provide funding for OCHS activities from which all students benefit.The ASB Sticker is $25 for the entire year. 

The payment of this fee also allows students free admission to regularly scheduled home athletic events and discounted prices to other Student Body activities including Dances and Plays. By purchasing the $25 ASB sticker, students will save $5 on each dance ticket, will save $4 on every home regular season athletic game they attend, and save $5 on each of our play productions. 

THIS ASB STICKER FEE IS REQUIRED For All Students participating in Athletics, Student Council, Honors Band, Master Choir, Speech & Debate and School Dance Royalty.

Parking on Campus

PASSES ARE REQUIRED FOR ANYONE PARKING ON CAMPUS. All students must submit a Parking Pass Application regardless of space location. The only designated parking is for staff, visitors, carpool, and handicapped.

1.  Spaces are first come, first serve for students who have submitted an application.  Starting August 1st, ALL STUDENTS will be able to complete a parking pass application. Parking passes will be available for pick up in the accounting office starting August 25th.

2. ALL PARKING ON SCHOOL GROUNDS REQUIRES A PARKING PASS.

3. Prohibited Actions — May Result in Disciplinary Consequences, Fines, or Loss of Privileges:

The following actions (including but not limited to) are violations and subject to consequences per the Student Code of Conduct.

  • Parking in staff, visitor, reserved, carpool, or handicapped spaces.

  • Parking in fire lanes or next to painted curbs.

  • Parking in driveways, entrances, or landscaped areas.

  • Reckless driving or vehicle misuse.

  • Leaving campus without permission (e.g., skipping class or school grounds).

  • Improper disposal of trash on campus.

  • Cars without a valid parking pass or parked in unauthorized areas may be booted, fined ($20), or towed (costs may exceed $100).

  • 4. Vehicle Searches:

     Vehicles parked on campus are subject to search in accordance with school policy.

  • 5. Permit Cost:

    Parking permits are $10.00 for all OCHS campus lots.

    No refunds will be issued if a permit is revoked.

    There is a $5 fee to replace a lost permit pass.

    ONLINE PAYMENT

  • 6. Financial Assistance:

    If the cost of a parking pass presents a hardship, please contact the Accounting Office for assistance.

    Big bus route information will be available the week of August 25th via
    E-Link

    Please be sure to check this link often over the next few weeks for changes because our routers are still updating routes as new students are being registered.  Small bus and van route drivers will be calling their families on Wednesday, August 27th with detailed route times and pick up locations.  As a reminder, please be sure to have your students out to their stops 5 minutes prior to their bus pick up time.  We look forward to another safe and amazing school year of transporting your students!

  • Meals at OCSD

    This school year, all of our schools qualified for free meals through the Community Eligibility Program (CEP).

    All students are able to receive school breakfast and lunch at NO COST.

    Additional meals and individual milk payments can be made by cash or check to the school or online at www.mymealtime.com/

    This will remain in place through June 30, 2028.

  • Reduce Fee Application

    This will offer discount opportunities for student and athletic fees, college applications, academic tests, and more.

    Only one application is necessary per family each year for all students attending school in the district.
