Accounting

• The Accounting Office accepts Cash, Check, and Card.

• We do not accept payments over the phone, Venmo, PayPal or apple pay.

• Do not accept American Express.

• No payments over the phone.

CHECK CASHING POLICY

Checks will be accepted ONLY for student fines and fees for the exact amount. An ATM is available at OCHS in the commons.

FINES

Fines are assessed for lost or damaged books or school equipment. Some courses have a required fee. Refer to OCHS Curriculum Handbook.
 

District Policy 5542-  Any OCHS student planning to attend the Winter Formal, or Prom, or any outside school dances where you are required to receive approval from OCHS Administration, must clear fines in advance of the event.  Students with fees will not be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony.   

Required fees are half for students on free or reduced lunch.

(A copy of your Free and Reduced lunch award letter must be shown with payment)
