Student Fees for 23-24 

If the student is on Free and Reduced Lunch, please bring in or mail a copy of your most recent award letter
(2023-2024 or if have not received yet use the 2022-2023 award letter) 
to the Accounting Office or email it to Lori.Kitts@orecity.k12.or.us  to pay reduced fees. 
The Free and Reduced Lunch “year” runs from October 1 to September 30.  

Scholarships or reduced fees may be available for students who qualify for the Free and Reduced meal program (application).

 

OCHS STUDENT FEES 2023-2024

You can pay either online or in the OCHS Accounting Office
Required fees are half for students on free or reduced lunch.  If there is an * fees cannot be half.

 

Associated Student Body Sticker (ASB Sticker on Card) (Optional)- $25.00 : 

Student Body cards serve the purpose of identifying students as members of the OCHS student body. The ASB sticker fees provide funding for OCHS activities from which all students benefit. The payment of this fee also allows students free admission to regularly scheduled home athletic events and discounted prices to other Student Body activities including Dances.

THIS ASB STICKER FEE IS REQUIRED For All Students participating in Athletics, Student Council, Honors Band, Master Choir, and School Dance Courts.

*Parking Pass (optional) - $50.00:

Parking Pass fees are used to maintain safety and security equipment at OCHS.

ALL cars in the OCHS lots must have a parking pass. (Including free parking lot) The main lot around the school will be reserved for staff, seniors and juniors and there is a $50 fee for those lots. (Your parking pass is secured with payment) Any student parking on campus (free parking also) needs to complete this application; The parking application will open on Aug 1st, and starting August 21st will be able to then pay the fee and pick up their parking pass from the Accounting office. Free parking passes will also be able to be picked up at this time.

Free parking is available in the back parking lot by the tennis courts. (Parking pass is required)

A $20 ticket will be issued for parking violations including illegally parked cars and non-visible parking passes

*Yearbook (optional) - $65.00 :  

Oregon City High School Hesperian; (purchase early for best price and to be guaranteed a copy)

The price goes up to $75.00 12/15/23 and the pre order cut off will be 5/24/2024. Yearbooks sold after that will be $80.00 and the quantities will be limited.

*Athletic/Activity Administrative Fee-One-time fee per student per year (NON-REFUNDABLE) - $30.00  

(All sports, Cheer, Dance, Honors Wind Ensemble, Honors Master Choir)

Funds to be used at the Athletic/Activities Director's discretion for program enhancement, facility/equipment/technology needs, and special projects.

Athletic Participation Fee (Fall season)

Football   Volleyball   Boys Soccer   Girls Soccer          $175   
This fee is required for all funded sports in which a student participates. Other sports will have fees that vary, depending on the sport played. Students participating in any fall sports need to pay the fee during sports registration or by the first contest.

Cross Country is $175.00 plus $25.00 *Travel fee       $200   

Activity Participation Fee (Per Year) - $ 50     
Students participating in the following activities need to pay this fee for:  Band (Jazz Only)-Early/late bird Choir (Acapella Only)-Early/late bird

*Band Participation Fee – Fall 2022 Marching Band    $175
