Student of the Month
What is so special about this?
Student of the Month is a special recognition awarded to students who demonstrate outstanding citizenship and academic achievement. This honor is reserved for those who consistently excel in both their behavior and academic studies. To celebrate, all Student of the Month recipients will enjoy a pizza lunch together. During the celebration, the nominating teachers will share a brief statement about each student, highlighting the qualities and accomplishments that earned them this distinction.
Please note: students are eligible to receive this award only once during their time at OCHS.

OCHS JROTC Battalion — Annual Cadet Ball
A night of tradition, discipline, and unity
This event was held on December 3, 2025, at Abernethy Center in Oregon City.
The Army JROTC Cadet Ball at Oregon City High School is a formal military-style event where cadets, instructors, and guests celebrate tradition, discipline, and camaraderie. It combines social etiquette with military customs, serving as both a recognition ceremony and a formal dance.
At this event, they had the posting of the Colors, dining-in, honored guests, and ceremonies that reflect who we are and what we stand for.

To purchase tickets, a library form must be filled out, signed by the library and turn in to accounting when paying for your ticket.
Guest passes (non-OCSD Students): $20.00 and forms are due on December 9th.
The OCHS student who wants to have a guest pass, must have 90% attendance.
Your approved guest's ticket must be purchased at the same time as purchasing your OC Student ticket.

OCSD Driver Education, Building Blocks 4 Kids, OC Backpack Buddies, and SoulFlags Art were the recipients this year.
LAND O FROST, Community Relations Program, is a national company that supports 501 C-3 organizations in the Oregon City community. Of the $1,000 donation, $500 was donated from LAND O FROST and $500 was donated from OCSC.
Suz Figini, OCSD's DE Coordinator, commented:
“LAND O FROST and the Oregon City Soccer Club shows compassion to families beyond the soccer fields. Their donation of $1,000 to the Oregon City Driver Education program will provide scholarships to students to help with the tuition cost beginning Spring 2026.
We are deeply grateful for their support!”
