Here is who should go to the photographer on retake day:
* Any student that was absent on the original picture day
* Any new students who have not been photographed
* Students wanting a retake photo. If a student ordered a package and wants a new photo please have them return the original package to the photographer on retake day.
Orders can be placed online at mydorian.com before picture day and up to 2 days afterwards.

An evening of JROTC Exhibitions along with a Vietnam Memorial Ceremony dedicated to our Veterans and Active Military.

OCHS Varsity Volleyball team will host the Black Tornados of North Medford.
All postseason games require paid admission to gain entrance, $10 for adults and $6 for students. Tickets can be purchased at the door or online through HomeTownTicketing.
Attention OCHS Students... The Athletic Department will sponsor the first 50 students who arrive to be in attendance at tomorrow's match!

Volunteers Needed for School Picture Retake Day!
We need your help to make this year's Picture Retake Day a success! We're looking for volunteers to help on October 30th for Picture Retake Day.
You can sign up for one of two shifts:
Morning Shift: 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Afternoon Shift: 12:00 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.
If you're able to help, please contact Becky Rutledge by calling 503-785-8900 or emailing her at becky.rutledge@orecity.k12.or.us.
For the safety of our students, all volunteers must complete the annual volunteer application. You can find more information about volunteering in our schools and the application on the OCSD Volunteer Page.

OCHS will be hosting a Scholastic Book Fair on November 20, 21, and 24, 25 in the OCHS Library.
Remember all the fun items you could get at the book fair, yes, we will have those items. Pens, erasers, posters and of course books!
This is a fundraiser for OCSD Unified Sports.

The event will take place on November 13th, in the Oregon City High School Main Gym. Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors will compete in teams of 10 in a bracket-style competition.

Student of the Month
What is so special about this?
Student of the Month is a special recognition awarded to students who demonstrate outstanding citizenship and academic achievement. This honor is reserved for those who consistently excel in both their behavior and academic studies. To celebrate, all Student of the Month recipients will enjoy a pizza lunch together. During the celebration, the nominating teachers will share a brief statement about each student, highlighting the qualities and accomplishments that earned them this distinction.
Please note: students are eligible to receive this award only once during their time at OCHS.
October's Student of the Month celebration will be on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, during 2nd lunch.
