ANNOUNCEMENTS

FAMILY FORUM MAY 4th

This year's forum is expanded to focus on vaping/nicotine and other emerging substance trends for youth. Parents will receive resources about how to talk to their kids about cannabis also.

We will have a mock teen bedroom set up for parents to see where substances can be hidden and what they can look for. We'll also be presenting the winners of our student poster / video contest and hope to have those students join us (judging is being finalized 4/29).

Parents can join in person or via zoom. Here's the LINK for more info and to sign up. As always, this event is free.

UPCOMING STUDENT MAKER FAIR

We are excited for the return of our Spring Maker Fair/Showcase! Please submit your entries for our upcoming event on May 13th. This event will be held in the gym from 3:30 to 5:30. It will be open to the public, as we want to show off what our talented students do here at CAIS. Although projects don't have to be from a class, they do have to be school appropriate and non-dangerous. If you have a project to showcase, please scan the QR code on the posters in the halls or reach out to Mr. Lowry.
