JROTC Open House 2014

Parents of the Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (JROTC) came to the JROTC open house last Thursday on the thirteenth anniversary of 9/11 to learn about our JROTC program and what opportunities it provides.


“The open house started two years ago when they had to cut parent teacher conferences,” said retired Major Doug Thomas Senior Army Instructor.

Oregon City High School hosted a JV volleyball tournament on Saturday with 16 teams attending.  Sunset went undefeated in becoming the overall tournament champions, while the Pioneer JV team won their bracket with a 4-1 record, their only loss coming at the hands of Sunset.  All the teams appreciated our school's facilities and had a great time!
